By accessing or using FieldOSApp ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including operators, technicians, and customers who access any part of the platform.
FieldOSApp is a workflow operating system for mobile service businesses. The Service includes scheduling, route optimization, quoting, invoicing, payment processing, customer communication tools, and related features as described at fieldosapp.com. Features vary by subscription tier and may change over time. Certain capabilities are limited to specific tiers — for example, automated customer reminders (email and SMS) require a paid plan, and two-way SMS messaging requires the Pro plan or higher.
FieldOSApp is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Current pricing:

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into FieldOSApp — customer records, job history, photos, and business information. You grant FieldOSApp a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data or your customers' data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Upon account termination, you may request a data export within 30 days. After 90 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
Payments collected from your customers are processed through your own connected payment provider (such as Square). By using payment features, you agree to your payment provider's terms of service. FieldOSApp charges no platform fee on these payments, is not a bank, and does not hold funds on your behalf. You are responsible for your own tax obligations on revenue collected through your provider.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the platform. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data transmission failures, or third-party service outages (Twilio, Square, Mapbox, etc.).
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in activity that poses legal or security risk to the platform or other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldOSApp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
